Best Ever White Chicken Chili (Crockpot)


3 cans great northern beans (drained & rinsed)

3 cups chicken broth

2 cups cooked chicken

1 4oz can diced green chiles

1 1/2 ground cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

3/4 cup sour cream

11/2 cups monterey jack cheese


1) Combine all ingredients EXCEPT sour cream and monterey jack cheese in crockpot.

2) Cook on low for 3-4 hours. (I sometimes let it simmer a little longer if I'm not home.)

3) Just before serving, add sour cream and monterey jack cheese. Mix well.

4) Enjoy!


This recipe truly is easy and convenient! I bake my chicken, but you could easily even use a rotisserie chicken for added convenience. It's perfect when you want a warm, cozy dinner on a busy (or lazy) day!
