EggRoll in a Bowl


1 1/2 lbs ground beef

1/2 onion (chopped)

1 bag coleslaw mix (16 oz)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

1 tbs minced garlic

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tbs sesame oil

2 tbs olive oil


Wonton strips

Sesame seeds


1) Cook ground beef in a large skillet. Drain.

2) Add onions and garlic and ground beef into the skillet, brown.

3) In a bowl, mix together onion powder, garlic powder, pepper flakes, ginger, soy sauce, and olive oil.

4) Add sesame oil, coleslaw mix, and carrots to the skillet. Cook for a couple minutes, just until the cabbage gets cooked down a little. You don't want it soggy.

5) Pour soy sauce mixture into the skillet over ground beef mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

6) Serve topped with wonton strips and sesame seeds.

7) Enjoy!
