Moist Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins


Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups AP flour

1 cup white sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

3 medium bananas

1 egg

1/2 cup oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (mini)


Directions:


1) Combine dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) in large mixing bowl.

2) Mash bananas in a medium bowl, then add the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix well.

3) Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

4) Mix until well combined.

5) Add in the chocolate chips. Gently fold in.

6) Spray muffin pan or add muffin cups, and fill about 3/4 full of batter.

7) Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, until the tops are nice and golden brown.

8) Serve & Enjoy!!
