Sour Cream Noodle Bake (Pioneer Woman)


1 lb ground beef

1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)

1/2 tsp salt

black pepper

8 oz egg noodles

1/2 c sour cream

1 1/4 c small curd cottage cheese

1/2 c sliced green onions (or to taste)

1 c grated cheddar cheese


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Brown ground beef. Then add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

3) Cook egg noodles. Drain. Set aside.

4) Combine sour cream and cottage cheese in a medium bowl. Add black pepper.

Add to noodles. Stir. Add green onions. (If you like.) Stir.

5) In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, cheddar cheese. Repeat.

6) Bake for 20 minutes.

7) Serve and ENJOY!
