Ingredients:
2 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 egg
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup heath bar chips
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set to the side.
3) In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and vinegar.
4) Beat in the egg until just combined.
5) Stir in the flour mixture until combined.
6) Stir in the chips.
7) Form dough into balls equaling approximately 2 tbsp.
8) Bake for 8-10 minutes. Or until the edges are just turning golden brown.
9) When they come out of the oven, let sit for a few minutes on cookie sheet to "finish cooking".
10) Serve and ENJOY!
Notes:
My kiddos LOVE these cookies.
You can easily omit the heath bar pieces and just do all chocolate chips!
Cookies bake much better if chilled first.
